I have been a professional caregiver for over 22 years with a varied medical background (from trauma and burn center, to elderly care to eye surgery care) which has given me the ability to obtain insights to the human body and and intuitive edge that only comes with hands on experience. Looking for a little less intensity in my life, I was drawn to the practice of massage based on the flexibilty it gave me while raising two beautiful girls. It quickly became clear to me that it was the perfect meshing of my insights, intuitiveness and knowledge of the human body. 

I am a licensed massage therapist (MA00024370) and instructor at the Northwest School of Massage. I love teaching students about massage, I love working with my clients, I love massage! I am blessed to have some wonderful clients. I have built a client following of NFL players from Houston to San Fransisco and of course, our beloved Seahawks. Besides athletic/sports massage, I also specializes in pregnancy, cancer, deep tissue, lymphatic, hot stone and Shiatsu.

My philosophy is simple. Good communication (between client & LMP) is critical to a great, personalized massage. You can expect a conversation surrounding exactly what you are look for, and what hurts where.  You can expect that I will do my best to resolve the issues.
